Title: [REQ] Split settings backups from library backups for Client machines

As we all know, library backups do not happen on a MC Client while connected to the Server Library. You can't even do it manually unless you you disconnect from the Server and load the Main Library, do the backup, then re-connect to the Server. It's been a thing for YEARS...

This is quite "dangerous" for some who do things like tweaking JRVR but forget to back it up, then something happens. More recently users have been asking to somehow split settings backups from library backups for Client machines, making regular backups possible.

I'll try making library backups that only contain settings in the coming build when you're connected to a server.

When you restore you need to only select to restore the settings since there are no files.
