Title: I paid for the upgrade but got no confirmation email with license

I used PayPal to pay for the $21.98 Windows upgrade. I got an email notification from PayPal for the payment. After I made payment I got this window: "Please check your email to verify your transaction and get your license." The tab that opened is named "PayPal Issue".

I received no purchase confirmation email with license, which I thought would be sent immediately upon purchase and payment.

I have a transaction ID from PayPal. How do I proceed to get my new license for MC33?
