Ofcourse I tried the plugin page, it stated that it was installed, but won't play.

Besides DSP has lost it text
Equilizer is now somthing like |||r
the next one is |||sd
and the last one is ||||n|||\sd
Only the new installed DFX is displayed as such.

Has it to do with the fact that I did not remove MJB8

In follow up I can say:

When I start import files. It downloads what it needs, but tells at the end int failed to import.

It also no longer recognises the album tags I gave to the files.

Can you tell me what I did wrong.

Dear Mouseman,

I have a 56K modem, I just removed MC9 I'm going to reïnstall MJB8 388, because I think the problem may be that I installed MC9 in a other directory (it did not create the backup directory).

MJB8 runs and plays ape.

Equilizer,effectes and replay gain are readable again.

Do you know why it took a very long time to import:
C:\windows\...\system\pdmonlst.mpl
and what kind of file it is.
It also can be found on the system dir of win2k
