Title: Which MC file need access to internet for Gizmo to work

I have MC27 and MC30 installed on the same computer. I can access MC27 with Gizmo and I can not with MC30. My setup for both is the same. Media Center 30.exe has access to internet. I can download cover arts & lyrics, check for updates. Any suggestions on how to debug this problem. TIA

You're probably running Media Network on one machine. Run it instead on the other, and use the access key from that one.

Did you read the wiki? What's not clear?

Post by: Awesome Donkey on August 24, 2024, 08:54:04 pm: If they're both using Media Network and the same access key that's going to cause issues. Disable Media Network in MC27 and if need be reset Media Network in Media Center 30

If that still doesn't work it's likely something like a firewall is blocking it from working.
