Title: Question about going back to 2 channel Receiver

Hello
Well my Harmon Kardon is finally taking a dump, time to get a new receiver but as far as i am concerned I want to stick with 2.0 channels these days. I have gotten back into Vinyl and will put a slab on every now and then.
So I am seeing this new thing called Roon Ready. I have a 2 questions. Being a owner of MC33 and also an Amazon music subscriber do I need an Roon ready receiver?
Also any recommendations for a 2.0 Receiver under $700 bucks

You don't need Roon Ready.

Any decent receiver will work.
