Title: PC Problem ?

I am using JRiver in conjunction with Acourate.  I've recently found that, nearly 50% of the time, audio doesn't work and less frequently no video.  The same convolver files have been used for months without a problem.  The only clue uncovered so far is that MC reports the convolver files are "not valid".  The system was recently upgraded from V30 to V33 and the problem occurs with both versions of MC.  Have never experienced this before.  I'm suspecting the PC which is a 12th gen I7 with RTX3080 video.

Help!  Any suggestions of what to look for?

It's more likely to be configuration.  What happens if you don't use Acourate?

Make sure you configure Windows Defender and don't use any other antivirus.

If the files were transferred from another machine, it's also possible that they have extra characters.  Take a look in notepad.
