Hi I am trying to install MC 32 onto a fresh install of MacOS Sequoia. It all downloads and appears in my application folder, but when attempting to launch, I just get two, consecutive dialog boxes, titled "Information". However neither box actually contains any information and MC does not launch.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks

Yes, three times and as far as I can tell, to the letter.

So what m the reason only person having this issue? Can other users confirm that they have MC32 running happily on MacOS Sequoia?
Thanks

I tried MC 32.0.58 and it worked fine. It did prompt me for a couple more permission settings, but other than that I had no issues.
As I already had MC32 installed, I decided to reinstall MC 32.0.58. Again, no issues, either with the install process or playing music after the install.

Does not work, period. I get nothing but a spinning beach ball until I force quit on my Macbook M1 running Sequoia. However, both 32 and 33 work on my intel Mac running macOS Sonoma.

Yes. Upgrade worse than a waste of money. No version works now for me on my Macbook M1 running Sequoia 15.1, not 29, 32, or 33. They just bounce in the dock, sometimes with a spinning beach ball until I force quit.

This thread is from September 2024, and now it's January 2025. Can any users confirm if Media Center is working fine on Sequoia OS (I have an M1 Mac Mini). I really want to upgrade to Sequoia to get HDMI passthrough, but only if there's no issues with JRiver (I have my priorities :P)
