Title: Media Core Problem

Hi Matt or Jim

Am using MC9 and afetr attempting to burn, I managed to jam MC and eventually got this Microsoft error message:
Error signature

szAppName : Media Jukebox.exe     szAppVer : 9.0.88.0     szModName : hungapp
szModVer : 0.0.0.0     offset : 00000000    


Error report contents

C:\DOCUME~1\Warren\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER63.tmp.dir00\Media Jukebox.exe.mdmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Warren\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER63.tmp.dir00\appcompat.txt

Have uninstalled MC9 and reinstalled, but to no avail - do yu have any advice, please?

I don't know, but try these:

Download the encoder plug-in again.

Clear out your temp folders.

In IE, do Tools/Internet Options/Temporary Internet Files/Delete files.  It can take several minutes.

Change your music temp drive in MC.
