I initially requested this in v27: https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,126955.msg881362.html#msg881362 (https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,126955.msg881362.html#msg881362)
And again in v31: https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,136447.msg945234.html#msg945234
And again in v32: https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,138694.0.html (https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,138694.0.html)
Can the following fields be added to MC and have the TMDB lookup populate them:
• [TheMovieDB Movie ID] – to be able to link directly to the TMDB movie rather than doing a text search or looking up by IMDB ID
• [IMDB Series ID] – as a fallback if the “[IMDb ID] for episodes” is empty rather than doing a text search. “[IMDb ID] for episodes” is quite often empty.
This would make the ability to link directly to info on these sites much better.

[TheMovieDb Series Id] already exists on MC33 and is working.
[TheMovieDB Movie ID] is not yet there. ZRatings can get it, but it would be nice to have it integrated.

[TheMovieDb Series Id] has been available for a long time. I use it all the time.
I'm requesting to add [IMDB Series ID] and [TheMovieDB Movie ID]

Right, reading fail.
I agree with that. It may not be easy to get the IMDB series ID without paying for the API service.

Good point @zybex! I had not thought of that! If that's the case, I understand not including it.
Can we get [TheMovieDB Movie ID] added?
-
I have added both the [TheMovieDB Movie ID] and [IMDb Series ID] field for the next build, and it'll be filled automatically when loading info from TheMovieDB.

Many thanks!
I look forward to testing it!

Tested and working great!
Thank you!

I've been using ZRatings for a few years now. In my opinion, it's a brilliant solution for downloading data from IMDB/TMDB and, combined with the functionality of JRiver, it's unmatched on the market. However, I have a small problem now.
I installed version 33 some time ago but left 32. Now I uninstalled 32 and ZRatings stopped working, showing a message that JRiver is not there. So I installed 32 again and after starting it I have a message that there is no Year field in the database (screenshot). The second thing is that it connects to the v32 database (screenshot), which would explain why it doesn't see v33 if there is no v32.
And one more thing - ZRatings doesn't see new entries in the database. I think it happened after the last JRiver updates. The last entries are from the beginning of November.
My entire system for displaying information about movies is based on my own scripts written with information from ZRatings taken into account. At the moment, I don't see a solution to this problem. I am attaching how JRiver looks when the data is fully downloaded by ZRatings.
I know that program was written by zybex in his free time, but if it is possible, I kindly ask for a correction or a solution to the problem.
Thanks in advance.

This likely means that MC33 didn't register itself properly. I suggest:
- make sure MC server is not running on the system tray
- uninstall MC32, selecting option to Keep Settings
- reinstall MC33 (without uninstalling it first)
After this check if ZRatings opens OK. If not, try running MC once as Administrator, then try ZRatings again.
PS: ZRatings support thread is here:

Thanks. It works again.
