Hi - I downloaded Media Jukebox 8.0.393. I tried to upgrade, but the only licence I was able to buy was for Media Center 9 (which I'm not interested in). If I'm understanding correctly, your FAQ file says that that the licence for 9 should work with 8. How come I get an error message when I try to "restore the licence"? Is the licence for 8 still available?

What version are you using?
What license do you have?
When was it purchased?
A V9 license should work with 8.0.393.

OK - I just tried getting a new instation key (Media Center 9-19263 .
This did not solve my problem. I still get the message, "Error installing Media Jukebox license: Invalid license, error code = 14".
What's next?

If you're trying to install a V9 key in V8, wait for a build this afternoon that should fix it. It should be 8.0.394 and it will be on the downloads page.

Hi, after using Media Jukebox 8 in combination with my emusic subscription for a couple of months and liking it I decided to purchase a registration today. The problem is that, time after time, the program refuses to accept the registration key. So far, I've tried 10+ times to no avail. I'm really frustrated as you can imagine. What to do?

Are you using MJ 8.0.394 (the latest build)? This version is supposed to fix the problem, like Jim said.
