If you mean "Panel", it's a remote control.  Please see the wiki.

If you mean "Streaming Page", each one is different.  Try clicking on play buttons in the page.

I mean what you see on the left side: Streaming.
Under Streaming there is radio, tv, podcast and other services.
All is very good, but doesn’t play.
If I click on play in the page of single service I see that the music starts, but no audio for my audio system.
Why?
Does it nedd a special setting?

Hmmm, you're using UPnP for the output/endpoint, right? Maybe it doesn't work over DLNA/UPnP (or if it does maybe there's a bug there?). Someone else who uses a similar would have to confirm/deny if it works or not.

One thing I can think of that you can try is going into MC's Options > Tree & View section > Web Browser and changing the Engine to see if it makes a difference. The default is Microsoft Edge but Chromium is an option there too. Perhaps WebView2/CEF (used for Edge and Chromium) don't work well with DLNA/UPnP outputs.

Just a thought.

In my expereince it depends on the streaming service.

I stream Radio Paradise over DLNA every day and it works fine, as does Radio JRiver.

But sometimes if what is selected under Streaming that spawns a webpage in MC such as BBC World Service then it wont play over DLNA.

That would make sense, as any media played in an embedded web browser page doesn't go through MC's audio engine unless using the WDM driver... but as stated in another topic the WDM driver doesn't work with DLNA/UPnP so it's a non-starter for those situations.
