I like this a lot better than your previous one. It's not bad at all.

Needs polish though ;)

Need to skin the tag window to match the rest of the skin.
Check the right end of the mainframebottomborder image. I'm missing the red outline there. ie. it goes all the way around except for that bottom right corner.
Mouse-over issues on the tabs. ie, mouse-over and the text vanishes.
Bottom toolbar... there's nothing shown until you mouse-over.

Great start though. Really like the theme. Very relaxing, almost wish they could slowly drift around a bit :)

I was in a bit of a hurry to get it done before Saturday because I'm leaving for a while. I fixed the outline display.
It would be interesting to make an animation if the skin engine fully supports GIF.

A mac section to move the close, minimize, maximize buttons on the main UI to the left would be cool.
