Title: Simple suggestion for rating

Hi!
Were in the progress of rating some files...like setting the rating to 4 or 5 when i heard a good one.

Instead of using the properties window or the (sorry for the expression!) clumsy click...click on the rating item in the playlist, I saw the right-click menu... but hello! Why hide rating in Send To submenu??

So, suggestion:
1. Have Rating directly under right-click menu and scrap the hilarious decision to have it beneath Send to...I don't want to send my song to a rating, I just want to rate it! :)
2. Make the rating in the main pane lists easier to access/use...maybe like the dropdown used in Properties?

I definitely second both the suggestion to bring rating to the top level and also the suggestion to have a drop down menu for the main inline editing. :)
