Hi friends, I make the indie dev that makes visuals G-Force, Aeon, and others for MC.
I have a customer who has a successful install of our visuals (as indicated by MC32 on Windows showing "G-Force" as a menu item when right-clicking on the Display window). But when she selects it, nothing seems to happen (and the Cover Art vis persists). No doubt there's a silent fatal error, but I can't reproduce this and none of my other MC customers have expressed this issue.
Wanted to check if someone here has any ideas or suggestions. As an indie dev it's otherwise difficult to make headway on this.

Hi Jim, appreciate the suggestion. Customer said everything is off, double checked. The user reports the screen saver and standalone work fine, suggesting things are ok on my side since they both read from the same shared app data dirs. Is is possible MC is running in 32 bit mode or something unexpected?
Is there a way to put MC in debug mode or have it output exceptions, etc? Perhaps MC leaves logs somewhere? Difficult to support when flying blind.

Hi Andy. This is a puzzle to me.
Since you can't reproduce it makes it more challenging.
Does picking other choices in the menu work for the customer?
You could look at Help > Logging (look in our wiki) for a possible clue.

Antivirus. Windows Defender must be configured .Don't use anything else, and uninstall it

It would be worth trying the latest MC33 as well.
