Live streams such as .m3u8 | .ts | .mp4 | .webm cannot be played throws 403 error.

LAV Splitter Source has new interface to open URL with these parameters:
https://github.com/Nevcairiel/LAVFilters/blob/master/include/IURLSourceFilterLAV.h

1. Check if URL output contains UA or referrer data
2. Add function to graph builder to set that data
3. Check if LAV supports the interface (could also be done based on version)
4. Call the new LoadURL function instead of using generic instance of the source filter (if UA/referrer non-empty)

Currently, the LAV filter has provided a new function to support this function, so it is hoped that MC33 can use the new function provided by the LAV filter to fix this error in MC33. . .

Because of the 403 error inside MC33, most of the excellent live streaming media, such as .m3u8 | .ts | .mp4 | .webm ... cannot be played normally.

Now all open source and popular media players have fixed the 403 error inside the player during the live streaming process. . .
