Title: [REQ] Allow the TV filter graph to add LAVAudio when necessary

I'm not sure "when necessary" as I guess it's not always required and/or may break some existing use cases, in my case I'd like to add it for a particular capture card so including it could be an option in device config

I know there's an alpha dll with this included in the graph so can this get promoted to a public build pls?
