I have numerous "imported playlists" that are empty because their files have been moved or incorrectly specified in m3u, m3u8 formats. Is there a method to automatically delete these playlists?

Try find and replace.

Try find and replace.
This is unfortunately not a solution, it must be possible to delete playlists that appear empty without deleting each playlist manually?
-
Why not try to fix them? If you know the old location, you can use find and replace to replace it with the new location.
-
Is deleting the whole imported playlist group too drastic?

In a related note, it would be nice to select more than one playlist in a group or in the tree by using the shift key to do what you ask or to change playlist presets.
