I purchased a new PC, all is fine.
I had to reconnect (import) to the new NAS IP address and re-import my music collection. AOK.
I notice in my upper column presets Album, Artist, etc, my Bitrate column imported with all my old music and video files is showing, but anything newly ripped, added to NAS and imported to JRiver, the Bitrate info does not show.
This is on MKV files, FLAC files seem to be OK, screenshot included.
