Title: No Dolby Digital+... What settings?

Playing DD+ Media thru Plex TV app to my receiver (using HDMI ARC) will output the audio in DD+ Atmos.
No matter what settings I use in JR31, I can only output Dolby Digital, not Plus.
Thru the HTPC, I'm using a nVidia P4000, HDMI HDR 4K, and nVidia HD Audio driver.
I've tried the direct sound driver and WASAPI driver in audio device settings... DSP studio is output encoding DD at 5.1.
What am I missing?

Ahhh... I enabled it and I got no audio.
Set it to custom then enabled all the modes my recover supports and... YES!

Another issue... 🤷
Trying to play DTS-HD encoded movie (which my receiver supports) thru HDMI ARC and it gives me an error (playback could not be started....)
I have the bit streaming setting set for HDMI and also tried custom settings
When I switch off bit streaming, it'll play but in just normal Dolby Digital.
