I am getting the attached message, and I don't know how to resolve it. I did purchase JRiver 33 a year ago.
-
I am also getting error

If it's a year ago it's probably a MC32 license. If so, MC32 licenses (or any other older MC versions) won't work in MC33 without an upgrade.
You can get the last version of MC32 from here: https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,139153.0.html
You can check what MC version license you have on the license restore page here: https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore.cgi

You should have a license key in the email you got when your purchased version 33.
Look at the post How Licensing Works above. There is a link there that points to the Wiki that outlines the process on re-installing a license.

when go to my programs it says I have Media Center 33. So what does that mean? How much do I have to pay to get JRiver active again?

Thanks for the reply, yes, I did get the license key from my -email, but I am running into issues I screen shot and attached.

If you click the restore link above and use it with your license it'll tell you what version license you have, then all you have to do is download that version of Media Center, install it and use the license. My guess if it's a year ago it's probably a Media Center 32 license.

Very likely that means you installed Media Center 33 on your PC, which apparently doesn't work with the license you have. You'd have to either upgrade the license from whatever version of Media Center you have to 33 or download the older version of Media Center you have the license for, install that (if you setup MC33 already do a library backup then uninstall MC33) and then start that version of Media Center and restore your license (and restore the library backup if needed).

Read this carefully: https://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Restoring_a_License
You must install MC33 and then restore your MC33 license.

Your most recent license is for MC31. Here's how to upgrade:

I've sent you your licenses. You can do this yourself from our restore page.
