Good Morning,
I have just purchased JRiver3 to remotely control my JRiver media centre install on my Windows 10 computer.
The App is asking for an Access Key but I can't find any information on where to find that key. The temporary key on initial is long expired.
Entering the IP address of my computer does not address this access problem.
I am a registered user of JRiver Version 33.
I am NOT a computer geek in any way, so I would appreciate an idiots guide on how to make this work please.

Thank you for your reply.
I have managed to get the App to work.......eventually!
I couldn't use the Access Key method.  I never found it first nor last.
The other method of obtaining the I.P. address eventually worked, but it wasn't straight forward, either, as I have a mesh wifi system.
Anyway, suffice to say, the remote control is working.
