Hi, I've been using JRiver for a decade or more, occasionally updating to the latest version. I made a mess of the most recent update as I changed computer at the same time. I am now on version 33 with an imported library from version 28, but somehow the playlists didn't import. I can't open version 28 as that's on a trial which has now expired and I can't locate my 28 key (I may have upgraded from some earlier version, I don't know). I found the playlist for 28 in the appdata foder but it's in JMD format and 33 won't let me import it.
I either need a 28 key to open 28 and export playlists, or some other solution.
Can anyone please point me in the right direction?
