I recently downloaded some HOS files with "No Voice" as part of their name. The Internal Contents list of those files are not seen in the Internal Contents field but are instead seen in a Comment field when I click on it.
When I click on the Comment field for one of the files I cannot copy the contents of the Comment field and paste them into the Internal Contents field, and when I double-click on it in an effort to edit it, the song begins to play.
Is there some way that I can move the contents out of the Comment field and paste them into the Internal Contents field where they belong?

OK, I give up... What are "HOS" files?
Google doesn't even know. It either thinks I meant hosts file, or will only give me results for 'hours of service' files.
Did you try "library tools > Move/copy fields"?

I'm sorry - in my case, HOS means "Hearts of Space".

you can just enter this in your Internal Contents field to copy from Comment field:

Don't double-click to edit a field. Either use the Tag Editor panel on the left, or slowly click once on the field you want, wait 1 or 2 seconds, then click a second time to enter Edit mode. Or click once and then press F2.
