Title: I tried to purchace the upgrade yesterday.

Hi. I tried to buy the upgrade yesterday for 25-98 USD.  I did not use PayPal... I used Visa.
 But I'm still waiting for the code. Is this normal? Thank you for any help.

I checked our license system and only see a purchase of MC20 from 2015.  So it probably wasn't completed. 

Try again.  If it is a duplicate, we'll refund one.  deanna at jriver can help.

Thank you for your reply. I'll try again later. I don't think it completed but still charged my card. I'll give it another go tomorrow. Cheers.

If a purchase fails, sometimes there's a temporary hold on a bank account. Usually within 7 business days it'll disappear off your bank account.
