Title: JRiver Media Center 33.0.67 for Windows -- Available Here
Post by: Matt on February 13, 2025, 11:34:45 am: This is the latest build of JRiver Media Center 33. Please post bugs here. Please start a new thread for anything requiring discussion. Non-bug posts will be deleted.

33.0.67 (2/13/2025)

1. Changed: Revised the layout of 12 channel VST3 to be the standard 7.1.4 and 13 channel to be 7.1.4 + extra LFE.

33.0.66 (2/11/2025)

1. Changed: Updated all translations to the latest strings from the code.

33.0.65 (2/6/2025)

1. Changed: Slovak translation updated (thanks Peter Lukáč).
2. Changed: Made some options items that showed a menu a droparrow icon instead of a three dots icon.
3. Changed: Added speaker layouts for 13 and 14 channel VST3 output.

33.0.64 (2/4/2025)

1. NEW: Added an advanced option for video to not override the sources stream choices (can be used with LAV Splitter advanced stream selection capabilities).
2. Fixed: Playing videos in JRVR with 4:4:4 color information while using image doubling could result in a broken image (image doubling is disabled in this case).
3. Changed: Switched "Lookup Date From Google" to "Lookup Date From Last.fm" (Google could no longer be parsed, so we added Last.fm support).

33.0.63 (1/30/2025)

1. Changed: Brought EnglishTiger skins and track infos back.

33.0.62 (1/28/2025)

1. Changed: Made appending vs replacing optional for tag on import rules.
2. Fixed: Some URLs could have data parsed as the extension improperly causing playback to fail.
3. Fixed: The Tag Action Window could jump unexpectedly when accepting values.

33.0.61 (1/23/2025)

1. NEW: The expand smartlist modifier can take an expression (put it in quotes like "[Artist] - [Album]" or just type it in the editor).
2. Changed: Removed the two pixel overlap for menus because it caused menus with borders to draw inconsistently depending on which menu is on top.
3. Changed: Opening the image editor from a locked tab no longer opens the editor in a locked tab.

33.0.60 (1/21/2025)

1. Fixed: Corrected a couple more unintentional skin changes in the last few builds.
2. Fixed: Audio Path could report "not using enough bits to output the input directly" when playing DSD incorrectly.
3. Changed: Subtitle size applies to SSA/ASS subtitles, if possible.

For consistency, Options > Media Network should work the same as other groups which have a similar "mixed" top level appearance, such as Audio and Handhelds.

Check for updates confirms I am up to date

Is that correct that Stable is so far behind the dev stream ?

If autoupdate stable version does not work. Download it from the download site font (you see it among fonts above, the latest build will be this one at any given time) or just paste in my link. I have had the same trouble many times..but it is no problem, just dowload latest and install it.

Post by: MikeO on February 16, 2025, 04:34:32 am: I know how to get the latest build that wasn't the comment, I just thought that being set to Stable ought to provide a more recent build than 30 when 67 was available.

I just opened MC to find an update ready , it installed build 60 , that's more like what I'd expect a few builds down from latest

Maybe something got unstuck

Easy to fix but should keep the same (Tools, Options, Audio Device) as the original defined Audio Device (ex. DAC or Audio interface card)

Maybe you have more than one zone set up?
