I can’t get JRemote to connect to MC when I’m not on my home network.
It connects correctly when I’m on my home network.
Background:
• I’m running a VPN on my server, iPhone, and laptop
• The server has a reserved IP address on my home network and I have allowed access to port 52199 on my firewall
• I can connect to the server when I open MC on my laptop when I am away from home and it works correctly
• I can login to Panel from my web browser on my phone with both VPNs on
• When I open JRemote on my phone while I’m away from home, the app opens and prompts me to wake my server, but nothing happens
Can anyone help me figure this out?

Also, running iOS 18.3.1 and JRemote 3.44

What VPN? You need to use a VPN that supports port forwarding. The ones I've tried only provide a random forwarded port, which you'd have to set as the port MC uses on the MC server.
And when testing JRemote (or Panel) on the iPhone you should make sure it's over mobile data and not Wi-Fi.

Thanks for your help! I figured it out.
I had created a DDNS on my router in the past to port forward to my server and for some reason JRemote had lost the address.
I entered the correct address in the “Global Access” field in the server configuration in JRemote and everything is working!
