Title: Is there any Non Linear Stretch (NLS) features for JRiver?
Post by: shaolin95 on February 22, 2025, 09:51:27 am
Hi!
I am testing JRiver vs my usual MPC+Madvr combo and was wondering if there is any NLS option for this player.
Also any suggestions on settings for my JVC RS2100 (NZ7) projector and doing the mapping within JRiver would be great.
Thanks

This feature isn't available by default, as far as I know. However, you might be able to achieve it using a shader (like this one: https://github.com/NotMithical/mpv-config/blob/main/Personal/portable_config/shaders/AspectRatio/NLS%23.glsl (Disclaimer: I haven't tested it)).

To add custom shaders: Settings / Video / JRVR Settings / Execution.
