Title: Bottom 3rd of '... Playing Now Popup...' cannot be seen at 'Size' of 125%

At 'View->Size=100%', the entire 'Tools->Options->General->Interface->'... Playing Now Popup...' dialog is visible.

At 'View->Size=125%', the bottom 3rd of the 'Tools->Options->General->Interface->'... Playing Now Popup...' dialog is not visible.
