You say you want to exclude:
Q:\complete\
Q:\incomplete\
Q:\links\

But your screenshot is actually excluding:
Q:\Complete Torrents\
Q:\Incomplete Torents\
Q:\Torrent Links\

Which is it?
You also have a typo in 'Torents'.

The typo is relevant to that folder.
I had named the folder incorrectly but it is still the correct folder.
My question is have I done the rules correctly as it still is the name of the folder.

Your reply is not clear.
Do the entries in MC match exactly with the actual folder names, for all 3 folders?

You're also importing from P: - is that by any chance the same content as Q: ?

Then it should be excluding them, assuming the drive letters don't move around.
In MC, check the fields/tags on a file imported from those excluded folders - is the imported path (Filename field) really from Q:\something?

One other possibility - if you play a file from those folders using MC, it gets imported. You can disable this in Options > General > "Automatically import files when played".

The drive letters don't get moved around, also nothing gets played before I have renamed and moved the file. I also have not looked at the tags but it is definitely from Q.

Please check the tags after one of those files shows up, just to be sure where it comes from - not just the drive letter, but the full path.
