Title: Pay'd for upgrade license, but don't get license MC34 license key

 Pay'd now $22,98 USD for upgrade to MC34 to JRiver - but don’t get the MC34 license key!

I use a Mac, but MC34 are not in Mac seen!

Same thing here, but I am on a Win10 PC. I got an email from my PayPal, but nothing from JRiver

**UPDATE** I refreshed the page below and now it shows my license code and somehow must have triggered the confirmation email to me.  Hope this helps others..... (It was scary to refresh that page... I didn't want to get charged again but figured I had nothing to lose by trying.)

(Original post: Same for me.  Just pre-ordered Media Center 34 for Windows, used paypal to pay... paypal and my credit card have been charged, but JRiver popup has title "PayPal Issue" and says "check your email to verify your transaction and get your license".  Only got email from PayPal. No email from JRiver and no license.  Have refreshed my email and checked spam.  Nothing received. Please advise or send my license. Thanks.)

I also went to the page where it sends an email with all your purchases. Reg codes for JRiver, Inc. Media Center 24 - 33 are all listed, but no version 34.

I too got an instant notification from Paypal that I had paid but got nothing from J River.

This is a PayPal problem and the license should come through in a little time. I'll post more on the wiki. Thanks for your purchase.

You need to use the latest 33.0.71, it won't work with earlier builds of MC33, you need the latest.
