JRiver 33 has recently started taking an inordinate amount of time after clicking on a title to begin displaying anything.
A totally black screen is displayed for approximately one minute. This used to be a second or two.
Restarted JRiver.
Restarted Windows 10 PC.
Restarted NAS (wired).
No change.
I have made no changes to any component in the system or anywhere else in the network, hardware, etc. for that matter.
Has anyone else encountered this annoying behavior?

It's not JRiver. Could be an antivirus. What do you use? Did you configure it?

Using MalwareBytes.
Is there a Wiki on configuring this?
Uninstalling is not an option.
Every other application I run is fine with it.
Not exactly an unknown in the AV marketplace.

Many are caused by Malwarebytes.
Windows Defender is a better choice.
Uninstalling Malwarebytes will tell you if it's causing the problem.
