Title: Where is 34?

Correct me if I am wrong, but it looks as though some people are reporting issues with 34.  I purchased the upgrade to 34 yet the entry to where it's at says it would be a couple of weeks out from Feb 21st I believe.

Please provide the link to the download if it is out there and, if it isn't, what's the ETA or the first drop?
