Title: Upgrade MJR file not working [Solved]

I have a license file (Media Center34 Master-nnnnnn) that when I try to apply it tells me that it is expired.  When I try to apply the 33 version I get the same message.
The installed version of the program is Media Center 33.0.71.
I told it to retrieve my licenses and it gave me the ones for 25 to 32.  Oddly, it did not include 33 which is what I'm running, or 34, which I purchased when the upgrade was first being promoted.
So, how do I get the 34 license installed?

Thanks.  Applied using my other primary email address without issue.
