Able to reach it today, but unable the last couple of days. https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/board,84.0.html
My sister who used JRiver is unable to reach it today (as well as the past couple of days). She tried multiple browser on multiple machines, different locations and is still unable to reach. She's five states away from me.
Has there been problems in the last couple of days?

Reboot the computer, and if needed, the cable modem. It is a DNS problem.

If the issue persists, try switching your PC and/or router's DNS to another DNS provider, e.g. Google DNS.

Fwiw I have had no access on mobile networks for days also, it's rather a mess
