Title: [REQ] right click menu should always provide quick access to JRVR settings

when using JRVR

if you playback a library item, right click menu allows for quick access to JRVR profile switching and video options
if you playback a capture card, right click menu does not have such options

pls fix it so those options are always easily accessible (when JRVR is the renderer)
