Title: Frequent Pauses
Post by: Tolga on April 29, 2025, 07:14:21 am
Moved to 33.0.72 recently from something around 33.0.30.
I am experience frequent pauses during play. Frequency may be increasing with my various activities, like changing windows or tagging, not sure yet. I wonder if it could be related to the new control center integration, i.e. maybe some external control is causing the pause, or maybe background rebuilding of the thumbnails (says below 73%).

I attached logs and here is some system info

It's probably the rebuilding of the thumbnails, yeah.

There's nothing special in there that I can see.
Maybe turn off Media Networking in MC's settings so there's less networking activity to sift through and try again.

It helped! Thank you!
Now I am worried about installing version 34. Will I have the same or other problems again?

It's possible that you have a device on your network that's hung or misbehaving. You might try power-cycling any device that supports DLNA.

Or the entire network, back to the wall.
