Title: Best Video Settings?

I use the Nvidia RTX 3080 with JRVR and everything set to the highest settings,  display JVC NZ800 projector.
On the 3080 is it better for me to use the Quality setting under "Adjust Image Settings" or the default "Advanced 3D Image Settings"?
I want the best so I believe having "Quality" ticked is the best, am I correct?

Good question.  Play with the settings and see if you can discern any differences and leave the settings to your liking.

Those settings dont have any impact on video quality. Just leave them as is.

Thank you Hendrik, I could never see any changes when I toggled between them.
