Title: Track info etc
Post by: Steve251 on May 16, 2025, 01:58:44 pm
I posted before about  not getting the track info. I dont thnk my post made it onto the forum but I did get an email from JRiver that said I had to buy a new version just for the track info which is strange as other programs give it to you. Anyway I did but......

I wanted to rip a 3 CD collection today and inserted disc 1
No track info. So I added it and ripped the CD

Onto CD2 and lo and behold the track info came up.
I checked the opening 3 tracks and it was correct
So I went to rip and lo and behold the track info disappears and is replaced with a notice saying no track info available in the database

Yeah? Well how did it show it earlier for disc 2

I am very confused about this

Any thoughts or do I have to buy something else

Media Center 30 and older versions lose access to online services like CD lookups and cover art due to ongoing server costs. If you're using Media Center 30 or older and need things like CD lookups, you'd have to upgrade to the newest version (which is Media Center 34).

I am on MC34] having upgraded at the suggestion of support which I did. This does not seem normal that I can see the track listing then it disappears and tells me that there is no information available because clearly there was until it disappeared
