theater view is not responding as it should, it is extremely slow. the problem is right click in theater view, I am in artist section, albums that are grouped have no problems with right click, when choosing single album with right click it stalls and the shows options.
using mc34 64bit latest version. cover art is not loading efficiently, some cover art is not loading at all. I am updating from mc30, I installed mc 33 and cover art is loading efficiently. but the right click in theater view is als an problem, same as in mc34.

Did you rebuild the thumbnail cache? With MC34 thumbnails changed with higher quality thumbnails being available, so you have to rebuild your thumbnail cache.
-
Will this solve the problem of the right click in theater view?
-
action to rebuild did not solve the problem
-
Which build are you using?
Try the next ones as they appear.
-
the latest 34.0.29.

the slow right klck response in theater mode is als in latest version mc33, just tried that out. plus the covers of some albums ä few hundred" have dissapeared, but, stil they exist in my version mc30 which is not giving any problems at all.

I just checked the cover art in mc33 and all is present. problem is mc34. right click problem exists in both version mc33 and mc 34, the pop up appears 5-10 seconds after right click with the mouse, but this happens only with the single albums in the first appearing list in theater mode. the album compilations when opened fuction normally and fast with right click.

Have you rebuilt the thumbnails? Go to Help > System Info... and under the Processing section look under Thumbnails built: and it should give a percentage. If it's below 100% you should rebuild the thumbnails and that could be the cause of your slowness.
Again, in MC34 you'll need to rebuild the thumbnail cache as thumbnails have changed to higher quality ones. As such the thumbnail cache size will increase at least by several times, so be aware of that too.
