I moved to a new Windows 11 computer, and upgraded to JRiver 34 (from 25). I ran the Library Zip file and all the names and folders appeared correctly. But JRiver said it couldn't find the files. In the options menu I put in the proper path to my music files under "Audio", and the proper path to my cover art under "images". Still, no good. It is saying files cannot be found. No cover art appeared either. What should I do? Thanks

No, nothing at all. As I said, it's a different drive letter now, but I haven't touched anything else. Thanks

If it's a different drive letter then you need to select all library items and use the Rename, Move, and Copy tool to replace the old drive letter with the new one using Find and Replace, i.e.:
Find: C:\
Replace: E:\

Are all the media files themselves present on the drive you're using (assuming an external drive here)? If they're on a different drive letter Bryan's right and you'd have to use the RM&C tool. Or if the external drive is using a drive letter not used on the new PC you can load up the Disk Management feature in Windows and change the drive letter of the external drive to whatever letter it used on the old PC. Then MC should just work then.
However I think it's worth noting for posterity for anyone reading this topic and doing the same thing that library backups don't contain your actual media files, you need to manually bring those over yourself using whatever method you have available (e.g. external drive) from the old PC if they're on its system drive to the new PC.
