Title: A coupla idiot questions

Excuse my ignorance folks but can someone enlighten me on these :-

1. I keep seeing mention of Haircut but have'nt a clue what it's about.....

2. When I look at track info, for instance, in playing now, how do I know whether info such as year, genre, size is held in the tag of the file or within the database...

1. i think you mean hairstyle i dont know why they have chosen that name but take a look at this hairstyle i have made:

Great work!  It has redeeming social value.

JollyJim,
I think there is a Hairstyle link in the draft instructions at the top of the MC board.  The menu button may not work in the latest build, but you can get there with a right click on the display screen.

It has a way to go before it's finished.

The name came about because Microsoft was calling their XP Media Center Edition "freestyle".  We started calling ours "hairstyle" as a joke at first, but it sort of stuck.

Wow! Hey Mouseman, that looks really cool.

I haven't even looked at hairstyle yet, but I am going to check it out right now.
