I found it while browsing aimlessly but it's one of the coolest pictures I've ever seen. I had to show you.

pburkett,
You think it's a fake? It is quite possible but not necessarily. Rhinos are actually quite docile if not being threatened. I wouldn't let MY child do that but I saw Marty Stouffer let Hannah, then about 4, get really close to a bear once. So the authenticity of the picture is not out of the question. Fake or not, it's still a really cool picture.
Mouseman,
That's a real eye-jumper. Strange non-existent dots appear randomly.

this is not a good idea, unless it is trained
I was Born In Mich, Too many up there, they will kill you.

Yes
Why?

OK, OK.
I did some more research. The picture is NOT fake ... the Rhino is. It was made some years ago as an advertisement for Armstrong Tires.
Thanks a lot.
Bubble Buster.

I did even more research... The Rhino is not fake... The Child is !!!!
She was cloned from a clip of the famous true-life biopic, 'The Village of the Damned'.

I thought i seen it before, but could not place it.

Hey - this board is cleverer than I thought.
On my previous post, I typed the word Damned but it appeared as * * ed.....
Good stuff eh !!!!

For those of you that liked that Rhino pic, whether it was fake or not, it was still a nice pic.
I created a wallpaper using it. It's a simple one but hey, so's the pic.
If you want it here it is: (http://britcrew.com/temp/Nature.jpg)

Hope you like it :)

Come on down to my part of the world and try it out for yourselves!
Plenty (malaria-free) game reserves and excellent medical facilities in my neck of the woods (so to speak).
Excellent pic though......

RTS,
I would LOVE to see a real Rhinocerous. Not in a zoo but those are still rare enough. I've never seen a live, in-person one. They are my favorite animal.
Alas, that sort of trip is for rich folks.

Not if he put that horn where the sun don't shine.

One of my most heart-stopping moments was when, a couple of years ago, I was driving the family through a local game reserve (Emlanjeni) when we were suddenly confronted with a pair of these characters standing in the middle of the (dirt) road....the males tend to be rather aggro to say the least.......
They only moved when the ranger, in his open top vehicle, coaxed them away by whistling to them and eventually getting them to follow him...probably in the hope of getting some tasty treat of sorts.
Those few minutes seemed extremely long to us.....me telling the kids to move to the middle of our Honda, away from the doors....man those animals are big! One casual flick of the head would trash most bodywork...
