My ripper/encoder generates a playlist for each album, so when I imported my media files it added close to 600 playlists. I'd like to delete them, but it seems like MC9 only lets me delete them one by one - shift-select or ctrl-select don't work in the tree view.
Is there a better way to do this?

Do a search in explorer for playlists and delete them all en masse. The extension will probably be .m3u

I want to delete them from the MC9 media library, not from the hard disk.

Maybe we should put the auto-generated playlists in a Playlist Group, so there'd only be one item to delete.
To fix your problem, you could clear your library and re-import, telling MC to ignore .m3u files.
Otherwise, hitting delete / enter really, really fast is your only fix. Could you convince your son / little brother that it's a fun game?

Another option is to allow user to specify a Playlist Group into which to place imported playlists.
I did the clear library/re-import without .m3us, just wondering if there could be a longer term solution.
