Title: Scanning images into MediaCenter

Is it possible to scan or download images directly into MediaCenter? If not would it be possible to see this in the future? Some simple image manipulation tools (e.g. resize/rotate/crop) would also be nice within the program (...maybe a media-editor for pictures...)
