Why do i need Internet Explorer 5.0 or above to install MC 9.0.90???

when im trying to install ill get this message:


Install Wizard did not detect a new enough version of Microsoft Internet Explorer. Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or above is required.

Setup cannot continue. Click on "Download" to download and install the lastest version of Explorer. Please re-run setup after installing Internet Explorer.

UniCode is not suported in the version you have.

That MC now supports.
