Title: How Hard is it to get and find a response

I posted a question about the cheap upgrade for Media Centre 9. Whoopee!  I requested notification of replies. Again, Whoopee!  I get the notifications.  Can I find them anywhere? No.  Can I contact the company? No.  I login because I'm notified that there is a post in response.  Can I find it by hitting the link? No.  I may not be the most computer literate charachter out here but I doubt I 'm the only one with this problem.    

Help me out here guys, I love the product but I'm going nowhere at the moment & you know what the marketing guys say about disatisfied customers.

the search option is easy to use
