Do you Have A License On Disk

MediaJukebox6.rrg
MediaJukebox7.rrg
MediaJukebox8.rrg

Or A License Key That Looks something like

XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

What version did you Originaly buy?

About 6 Months ago J River Stated If You Have A 8.rrg File you Need To Contact An E-Mail Address So The Could Convert Your Info So You Could Use The New MJ8 License Program.

I Guess You Did Not Do That.

When Users Were Issued A 8.rrg File You Were Told To Save A Back-Up To Disk Because your License Could Not Be Replaced if Your System Crashed Or Something Else Happend.

I Am Not Sure What The Statues Is On This and if they are still converting Users to the new system.

It Maybe Something You Can Ask JimH Or Gateley about.
