Title: Album Image Placeholder?

I am using the toggle list style so that my album images are visible.  Here is my question:

Songs that don't have an associated album, or don't have album art yet, just show empty space.  Is there a way (or can a way be added) so that there is a default image used, when no other image can be found?

Yeah, the Album View plug-in shows a default image, but Media Center does not.  :(
