Title: 9.0.89 - Videos always start playing full screen

When 9.0.89 is running (or not already running) and a mpg file is clicked, the video always starts playing full screen no matter what options I check such as internal or windowed.  I can switch from fullscreen to either internal or windowed but the next time a video file is clicked it always starts full screen.  It used to work correctly in v8  ...  Help!

Tools -> Options -> General -> Behavior

Set the option for "Jump on play:" to the behavior you want.
