In MC9 these links point to the MJ8 Forum but instead should be pointed to the MC9 Forum:

1) Main startup page (same as Go Start in left pane)
2) Help > Interact

or you can put the correct forum link in your browser as a "Favorite"

the link to the forums in mj may change soon anyway.
